Payment & Delivery

Q: How long will my order take?
A: If your frames require glazing we will send you an email when our glazing team are working on your frames. We will also notify you when we have shipped your order with a tracking number. If your order is for sunglasses we will process your order and send you an email when we have shipped your order with a tracking number. We quote a fulfillment period of 28 days but in most cases you’ll receive them much sooner than that. If, due to a supply problem it will be any longer than 28 days, we will send you an email to inform you of this.

Q: Do you accept NHS glasses vouchers?
A: No, we don’t accept NHS vouchers as payment towards any glasses online but we do accept them in all of our practices.

Q: What methods of payment are available?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards except American Express. We also accept payment by PayPal and Accor vouchers (which are normally issued to you by your place of work).

Q: Is the Payment process secure?
A: We take information security very seriously our website uses unbreakable SSL Encryption for all online transactions.

Q: How much does the postage & packaging cost?
A: Royal mail ‘signed for’ recorded postage is FREE for all UK and ROI orders. Royal mail special delivery is £6.25 (guaranteed next day before 1pm, tracked). We ship worldwide to Europe for £3.95 and international for £4.95. All of our glasses will need to be signed for on delivery.

Q: Q: I ordered 2 pairs of glasses but have only received 1 pair?
A: On some occasions one pair of glasses may take slightly longer than the other. We like to get your glasses to you as quickly as possible so if one pair is ready earlier we may dispatch these to you immediately and we will send any subsequent pairs as soon as they have been completed.

Q: What about refunds for delivery?
A: We do not refund the postage.
