Q: What can I purchase from TONI&GUY Opticians?
A: TONI&GUY Opticians offers prescription and non-prescription eyewear. You can purchase spectacles, sunglasses and eyewear accessories online & in our practices. We do not currently sell contact lenses online but we shall be adding these to our product range in the near future. Contact lenses are available now at all of our practices.

Q: Can I order glasses online for children (under 16)?
A: No, but all of our practices test & supply glasses for children & young adults!

Q: Will I get a case & a cloth with my glasses?
A: Yes, all glasses are provided with a case & a cloth.

Q: Do you have a privacy policy?
A: Yes we do, just click on the link at the bottom of the page.

Q: Who checks my order to make sure I haven’t entered anything that is obviously wrong?
A: Our team will check every order. If we come across anything which we feel is out of the ordinary, or based on our experience looks incorrect, we will get in touch with you by email or phone & we may ask you to confirm some of your prescription details.

Q: What if I’ve realised that I’ve entered some information incorrectly?
A: You can send us an email alerting us of the error to: (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address), we process orders very rapidly so the sooner you let us know the better. Also, for this reason we ask that you to double-check your prescription & shipping information prior to submitting your order. Once you’ve placed your order you are given the option of printing it off, we recommend you do this for future reference. We will also send you an email confirmation of your order.

Q: What is your guarantee, refund & exchange policy?
A: At TONI&GUY Opticians our success is based on customer satisfaction. We guarantee your glasses to be free from any defect arising from faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery to you. If a fault arises during this period you should contact our customer services team as soon as possible at (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and we will inform you of what to do next.
