Our practices are managed by experienced qualified Optometrists and are ideally located to provide thorough eye examinations for city professionals. We provide a full eye examination and contact lenses service with a wide range of spectacles and sunglasses to choose from.

At TONI&GUY Opticians we understand the importance of giving your employees a full choice of benefits. Our Corporate Eyecare Service is designed to help you fulfil your health & safety obligations.

Under The 1993 Health and Safety DSE Regulations (Display Screen Equipment http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg36.pdf ), employers are obliged to provide a sight test examination for any employee that uses a VDU for more than any period of an hour during their working day.

Employers are also legally responsible for the provision of basic spectacles that are exclusively for VDU use.

Our scheme is easily implemented with no set up costs and minimum administrative requirements.

We can enable your business to demonstrate your commitment to health & safety and as beneficiaries of Corporate Eyecare employers will receive:

  • Reduced eye examination costs
  • VDU specific spectacles at a reduced cost (this amount can also be used as a contribution to any other glasses)

Furthermore we offer a privileged 15% discount off all spectacles and non/prescription sunglasses to all your employees. (Please contact individual branches for exact prices)

At no further cost to yourself we can provide a personal eye examination tailor made to suit your needs.

Our full eye examination includes:

  • Glaucoma screening
  • An ocular health check
  • Full vision check

(Further tests are available for common eye problems associated with VDU e.g. dry eyes)

In addition, our staff will provide information and advice into issues surrounding VDU use and personal eyecare. As a member of our Corporate Eyecare Scheme you can benefit from a discount of 15% off all our designer spectacles and sunglasses purchased throughout the year.
